We Build Pipeline Worlds

We are more than a construction company. We are masters of a creative approach that combines the art of pipeline construction with modern, innovative technologies. We maintain our services at the highest qualitative and technical standard — and we drive their continued development.

Pressure Testing and Stress Tests

We carry out hydraulic pressure tests and stress tests on product pipelines.

Electrical Pre-heating — Resitherm

Electrical pre-heating of pre-insulated pipelines is a straightforward and modern method that enables efficient pipe pre-stressing and fully replaces the use of conventional expansion compensators.

High-pressure Gas Transfer

Mobile transfer of high-pressure natural gas using our proprietary autonomous compressor GreenFlow 1000 enables gas recovery operations even in challenging terrain. This approach reduces greenhouse gas emissions and protects the environment.

Bypass Sleeve Rental — Primus Line

We offer mobile bypass sleeves for product pipeline bypasses, nominal diameter DN 150 to DN 500, maximum pressure rating PN 40.

Cleaning, Gauging and Preservation of Pipeline Sections and Process Systems

We perform pipeline cleaning and gauging using pipeline pigs. Pipelines are preserved using ultra-dry air or nitrogen, with continuous online monitoring of the internal environment.

Survey Works, Drone Mapping, 3D Scanning

We carry out photogrammetric surveys and 3D scanning in accordance with applicable standards, with deliverables provided in both printed and digital form. Using state-of-the-art technology, we produce orthophoto maps. Drone-acquired export data contain millions of points, each providing the user with precise 3D coordinate information of the surveyed area down to the finest detail.

Engineering Design, BIM

Full preparation of project documentation including engineering activities, statutory construction permitting and design supervision, in accordance with the BIM standard. Development of comprehensive process flow diagrams and feasibility studies.

We have a passion for pipeline systems and technology. The combination of our technical expertise, innovative approach and commitment to safety enables us to effectively meet even the most demanding requirements.

Construction of Energy Infrastructure Networks

We are a reliable contractor for the construction of energy infrastructure networks, with specialist expertise in gas pipelines, oil pipelines, district heating pipelines and other pipeline systems.
